Over the past 7 years, I
had the privilege of working with Jerry Abrams Property Management. I
served on the board of the Moorings Condominium Association. The Abrams
employees, staff, and owners were very responsive to our needs including
emergencies that occurred with unexpected snow removal, ruptured pipes,
and various other problems. They have someone on call over holidays,
weekends, and after hours. This responsiveness clearly was above and
beyond what the association encountered before Abrams took over. As a
board member, I was pleased with the reports we received and the follow-up
to any and all additional questions from the board.
Subsequently, I sold my unit and moved to a house. Once in the house,
I was offered another position and left the Tri-Cities. Abrams is
currently managing my home. I am pleased with screening they did on my
renter and the timeliness that they respond to questions from me and
from my renter. I whole heartedly endorse them and would recommend
them without any reservation.
