As your property management company,
we take care of every renting and leasing detail. We also
customize plans to fit with your specific needs and the
requirements for your property.

Our fees are related to the size, type, and the number of units
we are responsible for managing. At your request, one of our
property management experts will meet you at your property to
assess your needs and customize a program.
We provide monthly payments accompanied by a report that
itemizes activities on your property such as income and
expenses. The report will list any amounts paid or
owed to those who have repaired or upgraded your property. These
reports also include year-to-date information, which is useful
for your personal records and for tax purposes. Our accounting
staff mails out property owner disbursements and reports on or
around the 25th of each month.
